Hard broaching tools are used to broach profiles of hardened / heat treated workpieces in order to eliminate hardness distortions.

Due to the hardening/ heat treatment of workpieces, their profiles often show a delay. In general, the profile coincides something so that tolerances are not maintained. The difference of the dimensions is not predictable. So the problem can not be solved by working with allowance on.
