Spline rolling racks

The Gleser GmbH offers you diverse spline rolling racks. We can produce almost every rollable profile. Based on your gearing data, we calculate the required length for you.

Our rack-shaped spline rolling racks have a hardness of approx. HRC 60 – 65 (Rockwell) and, if necessary, have a protective layer (coating).

When a spline rolling rack is used, the penetration depth is achieved through a variable profile depth of the inlet length.

Our competences enable us to offer you different variants:
• Involute spline
• Serrated spline
• Notched serration
• Possible inclusive groove for ring grooves
• If needed including cutting disc for annular groove
